I'm very much interested in learning about somatic approaches to help clients work through moments of trigger,activation as well as trauma experiences or memories. Offering clients somatic tools to help increase feelings of safety, agency, choice, greater ease and self-compassion would be wonderful.

I work with trauma, anxiety and chronic pain management. I'm interested in learning more about psychoneurosomatic " storage of trauma" and the body that really keeps the score. I find somatic work fascinating.
