I was trained in Gestalt in Grad School at Naropa and have since completed 2 years in Hakomi. I am fascinated with the neuroscience and nervous system awarenesses we are learning about now!!!! My background is in Attachment Theory and I have always wondered about how a regulated/dysregulated nervous system ties in to our attachment style and impacts our health and potential growth for years!!
