  1. Thanks so much Raymond. You whole approach and tone was affirming, easy to follow and gave full permission to try things out and build confidence, for those of us new to somatic approaches.

  2. Thank you for this regulating and nourishing session. Your authenticity and attunement are so evident.
I really appreciate the specific ideas/examples on integrating the body into therapy.

  3. So helpful and very organizing for me. Instinctively I have cobbled a lot of these ideas from different sources with mixed participation from clients. I feel more empowered and equipped to inspire my clients’ curiosity toward the usefulness of these somatic exercises to enhance feelings of safety and change their lived experience.

  4. I also want to add that I have been doing more tele-health to reach into rural areas where services are lacking or limited. This teaching/learning approach will translate well to this format. Please consider discussing this element in future presentations. Thank you.

  5. Another excellent presentation- so organized clear and specific, making it easy to implement. Thank you!

  6. Lovely and practical presentation. I appreciated the repetition of verbiage to help the “new” to Soma therapy acclimate to the process. Thank you for your systematic approach to this topic. It made many of the other presenters’ information more tangible! Thank you!

  7. Thank you so much. I really appreciate the way you embodied these interventions via your tone and pacing while describing them to us.

  8. Gracias amigo! Beautiful work… powerful in a different way coming from a male voice! Excellent teaching in great details!

  9. Wonderful practical, well organized and presented presentation, Raymond. For starters, I’ll be practicing all you shared w myself.

  10. Your calm, gentle presentation was packed with great ideas. Just following your guidance through these exercises made me feel calmer. I joint to learn more about strategies to use with my fosterkids, but instead I’ve noticed my own body’s call for attention. I will now ask my counsel or to change our current topic and to delve into my body’s messages. I’m excited to find out what we will discover.

  11. Wow this summit has been a very mindful experience for me, understanding the bottom-up approach, understanding the soma, understanding embodiment and how to integrate somatic approaches into my psychotherapy practice. Thank you so much it’s been amazing

  12. Thank you Raymond. A lovely way to conclude the summit with your clear, calm, confidence building presentation.

  13. Thank you Raymond for this whistle stop tour of developing somatic awareness for our therapeutic support process and in parallel working with clients, I have found the encouragement to develop practices I have in sessions and deepening appreciation for the essential body heart mind process that facilitates client s own empowerment to know themselves. Accessible and practical thank you 🙏🏽
