Don’t put that evil on me Ricky Bob E.!

I OBSERVE THE NIGHT SKY AND STILLNESS COMES THE STARS ARE THERE EVERY NIGHT!
THANK YOU BOTH OF YOU
Amazing simplicity. Straight from the Heart. Feet on the ground. A gift for surrending & becoming intimate with your own awesome body, feelings & sensations. Creating a path to touch, & start resolve decades old traumatic issues.
Thank You ❤️

Thank you Susan for being you and enjoying what you see, feel and hear. Thank you also for your relaxed way of showing your love to humanity.
This was terribly hard for me to do. I envisioned my entire body was cement throughout. I wanted “ freedom.” But it wasn’t getting through my cement body. When you are extreme CPTSD AND autistic, you feel things more I feel. But it’s an opposite non feeling to the extreme. If you could use your mind to that degree, you’d probably not be cement in the first place?
Wow. So simple…and so profound. So valuable. THANK you Susan.
Wow, that was quite profound. I listened to this twice to really take in Susan’s wisdom. It has brought a whole new layer of understanding and appreciation towards somatic embodiment. Thank you.
Just beautiful. Thank-you Susan.
Lovely point of view for looking at different Somatic strategies and focusing on the energy around as well as within
Thank you Susan!
Thank you, Susan. Your words were a valuable reminder of the importance of being human and staying true to our authenticity.
Thank you for sharing experience and how this has emerged, but curious why you indicate many find “you” hard to take given this 🫤🤔
Wow, I am so grateful to you for putting together this amazing group of humans their shared wisdom is staggering and transformative. I have been practicing medicine for over 30 years, and somehow am just now finding out about somatic therapy and embodiment. I have begun to consciously use this in my work. I can’t thank you enough for collecting these teachings and sharing it with the world.
Where is day 3 please?
