In January 2025, I began my Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Training here in Kenya. Since then, I’ve been seeking community learning spaces focused on Somatic Experiencing — and that’s how I found this summit. I truly enjoyed learning from the various teachers and being immersed in the healing practices. After tuning in, I feel both motivated and refreshed.
