I’m Sam Brock, MSW, APSW—social worker, strategist, and founder of Purpose Meets Planning LLC. By day, I serve as Director of Relationship Violence, Stalking, and Sexual Assault Services at Mount Mary University, where I lead trauma-informed, equity-centered initiatives to support student safety and healing.

Through Purpose Meets Planning, I help youth build skills, nonprofits build capacity, and purpose-driven people turn their ideas into impact. I don’t believe in fluff—I believe in forward movement, systems that work, and holding space for both truth and transformation. Whether I’m mentoring young people, training professionals, or consulting on big-picture change, I show up fully—because purpose deserves a plan.
